How to Become a Medical Marijuana Patient in Florida

Pre-Qualify for Florida Medical Marijuana Certification

Our Florida State Licensed Doctors will review your medical records for a “FREE Pre-Qualification”. Only qualified patients with specific conditions can obtain a medical marijuana certification if approved for the legal use of medical marijuana in Florida.
  1. You must be a Florida Resident with a valid Florida I.D. as proof of residency. If you do not have a Florida I.D. an out of state I.D., passport, or other photo I.D. with proof of residency such as bank statement, utility bill, etc. is acceptable.

  2. Patients, or their legal guardian, are required to provide the physician with written informed consent.

  3. All patients will be required to register with the Department of Health, details will be provided once the Florida Medical Marijuana Program has been fully implemented by the DOH.

  4. * Please note: It will take several months for the DOH to prepare the FMMP for operation, however, patients may begin the process by establishing a bonafide doctor-patient relationship with a licensed marijuana doctor now, in efforts to allow patients early access to the medicine once it becomes available.
